Now I am getting my groove on with making cards! My hubby created a beautiful craft room for me-I can't believe the room which I can now fill up with more crap. The first card is for my best friend who loves yellow and purple and flowers are always nice. The second was for my brother whose favourite colour is green and he lives, dreams and eats baseball (well not the latter, that would be gross). The last 2, I got my Kay Thompson in groove (the song "Think Pink" from Funny Face) and actually made really girly cards. The first one is for my cousin who had a baby. The last card is for my friend who lost her pug a couple of weeks back. That pug was her baby and she is devastated. Miss Sydney had a great life though-she ate better than her parents! Miss Syd would have home-made salmon while they ate pizza. Animals are wonderful creatures and deserve the best. Now look it, I am talking more about Miss Syd than the baby that was born..um....of which I can't remember the name...oh well-It's a girl.
Which is your fav? I bet the guys will pick pink:)

  1. Have I mentioned how much you make me laugh? "I can't believe the room which I can now fill up with more crap. " - LOL! I also had to laugh at your side note that your brother didn't actually eat baseball. That's my favorite card, actually. It would be perfect for my dad!

  2. Tell your brother there are better ways to get fiber outside of eating baseballs.
    Cards are nice!
And a whole craft room for you? Imagine the creations that will come out of it.

  3. I like the pink one :) I liked reading about Miss Sydney. It is good to know of other dogs that could possibly have been more spoiled than Koda. I am sorry for your friend's loss though; I can understand how devastated she would be!

  5. So funny! Go you with the craft room. We share a study, but although I use it more it's his crap that is taking over.

I like the baseball card - don't care about baseball in the slightest, but it could easily be adapted - and the one for the baby. I'm not so much a hearts-and-flowers girl.

  6. Stamping seems like the coolest hobby. So useful! My stepmother makes all her own cards and I always look forward to receiving them in the mail.

  9. I think my favorite is the baseball card, and I don't even like baseball. (I hear that a local team is in the playoffs or something, but I'm not even sure. That's how little I like baseball.)

  11. You are so lucky to have a craft room. My crap is spread all over the house and by the time I find what I'm looking for I don't have time to make anything! I like the baseball card the best. My husband has already started his annual mourning the end of baseball season. Our home team has had another very bad season which did mean that he was able to get really good seats for very little money. Yup he loves baseball so much that he goes to games where the stadium is nearly empty... I go to one game a year and spend a great deal of my time walking around and checking out the various food options.

    1. Oh I would not like going to an actual game as I just don't get it. I find it funny that manly men get all excited about chasing a ball...hmmmmm

  14. Aww, you made me smile talking about the little pug. My next door neighbors have a pug and I get such a kick out of her. I can imagine her wanting salmon too, pizza would never do LOL.
All of these cards are wonderful. You really are so talented.
