My 3 Clues- The Armchair Squid Film Society

Yup I'm a little late and feel a bit hazy from the 3 weeks of Birthday Blitzes. Thank you for the birthday wishes by the way. Turning 25 was wonderful:) actually switch the numbers but I was trying to remember my 25th year and I can't. It must have been a good year if I can't remember it:)

So over at The Armchair Squid, you can find the others who have participated and have posted their 3 clues. My 3 are listed below and let's see if you get it right.

1. The film stars 2 Acadamy Award winners actors

2.  It is a search.

3. Issues with old age comes up in the film.

Ok these are my clues...can ya guess? Stay tuned for next Friday to find out the film I chose. Have a great weekend everyone!

  2. I'm with Stephen. Is it Grumpy Old Men? (That was the first movie to come to mind, but the title escaped me...)

You can be any age you like. My father has been 38 for years (32 of them, now). It's an interesting trick, as both his children are now "older" than him.

    1. Nope to Grump Old Men. I like to think that I am 29 constantly.....your dad is so right:)

  3. Trouble with my age, if I reverse it, it doesn't make any difference it is still a pair of 7s. No clue about the clues LOL. I saw Grumpy Old Men and I bought the Bucket List.

    1. Both are great movies but nope to both. My mom can't switch either...she's 88. The good thing is that she doesn't realize she is 88

  8. This is a tough one. I am thinking it could be the movie Missing. First I thought Cocoon- but they weren't searching for anything (I don't think). Great clues!

  9. Well, I am completely stumped. But then, I'm not overly familiar with many movies.

  10. I'm so bad at trying to guess films. I'm anxious to see what it is. Hoped you had a fantastic 52. I'll be there in about five years time. Really not looking forward to 50.

    1. 50 isn't so bad even if one knows one is a half century old:)

  11. You certainly look 25. And even with the numbers reversed you're still a spring chicken:)

Hunt for Red October. Haha, that's not it, but it has the word "hunt" in it, so I tossed it out there.

  16. The only movie I can think of with issues of old age is Cocoon. Which I hated. Gosh that movie creeped me out.

  21. You sure don't look 52! Happy 25th birthday, Birgit. ☺ A friend of mine just turned 81 and she did the same thing, except 18 is a little harder to pull off.

Like the others, my guesses are wrong, but it sure does sound like "The Bucket List". I'll be interested to know what it is!
